These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and paldo ("paldo," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the paldo online gaming platform available at paldo.club and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the paldo Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your paldo account. paldo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the paldo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines, real-money gaming is strictly prohibited for individuals under 21 years old.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of paldo, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the paldo Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Philippine law.

paldo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at paldo's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) paldo account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify paldo immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

paldo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your paldo account.

4. Player Conduct

You agree to use the paldo Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to paldo immediately; exploitation for personal gain will result in account termination.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward paldo staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the paldo Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). paldo supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used.

• Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. paldo reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit by the same account holder.
• Fees: paldo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which paldo bears no responsibility.
• Pending Bonuses: Funds subject to active wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

paldo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry dates, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• paldo reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• paldo's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.

7. Games & Fairness

paldo is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games available on the Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, and fishing games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics that are independently audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by chance, and paldo does not manipulate results in any way. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, paldo will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the stake returned. paldo's decision in such circumstances is final.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the paldo Platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive property of paldo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without paldo's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, paldo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. paldo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

paldo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11. Termination

paldo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if paldo reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Any balance remaining in a legitimately operated account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and any applicable deductions for outstanding obligations.

You may close your paldo account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the paldo Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. paldo operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Changes to These Terms

paldo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
